Our team, led by our owner & Chef Eric Vogel, has years of experience in the catering industry, and we have catered events of all sizes and types. Our team, led by our owner & Chef Eric Vogel, has years of experience in the catering industry, and we have catered events of all sizes and types. From intimate dinner parties to large corporate events, we have the expertise and experience to handle any event with ease. Chef Vogel studied culinary arts and hospitality management at Johnson & Wales University in Charlston SC and Providence RI. He resides in St. Charles County with his wife Sue of 26 years and his two Children Genevieve & Alexander. Eric sat on the board of directors for both Friends of Kids with Cancer and the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, he loves to do experimental cooking, wine and bourbon tasting & listen to music.
